Hello again! My week, in keeping with second semester's trend, was not noteworthy. I had my first exam which I think I did okay on, nothing too spectacular. I am going to be an OA next year which made my very happy and one of my friends is going to be the RA on a freshman hall so I am hoping to be on her hall. All the RAs got there positions last week and I have decided to live with Allison Woodling of illustrious UC fame. She got a nice room but it was a double so I said I would live with her. I am kind of excited although I will be living on the third floor which pretty much sucks. But I can now be at Millington (where all my psych classes are) in less than 3 minutes and at Morton (where all the government classes are) in less that 7. Rest assured that these are only guestimates, I haven't done a trial run or anything weird like that.

Hey, a little ego-stroking never hurt anyone!I did get turned down to be a Rho Chi (rush counselor) which I was kind of bummed about but last night at a meeting, Beta's treasurer, Theresa, said that exec considered my application and knew I would be a great Rho Chi but they were afraid that the OA thing would get in the way (In past years, OA were on closed and not allowed to reveal their Greek affiliation, but this year they aren't). In addition, they didn't want to lose me during rush since I was so good at it. Hey, a little ego-stroking never hurt anyone! Elliott and I spent a great weekend here. We didn't do anything overly exciting but it was great to be with him without have Lauren and Quinn tagging along. We still did stuff with them but we weren't with them 24/7. Elliott bought me a new chain for my lavaliere which made me very happy. Monday night, Lauren and I went to see the boys and took them to see Ben Folds Five in concert at the Abyss, which is a club in Virginia Beach. The opening act sucked but the concert was great. It was the first concert I had been to since seeing Dave Mathews last year on New Year's Eve. We then came back Tuesday morning. Before I "sign off", I am meeting with my human sexuality prof on Friday to discuss a possible senior thesis topic (concerning sex, obviously) and see if there is anyway around our anal ethic committee. Wish me luck!!!
