Let's see, what happened in my life this week? Well, first, I must say that I saw Star Wars last night. It was amazing. I loved it. Lots of fun. Tonight is the post-Star Wars party. Should be, um, interesting. I think Alex and I are going to another party first, though. I must get out of testosterone central. Yikes.

So this week, I had four interviews. That's right, four. One on Tuesday, two on Thursday and one on Friday. The one on Friday, I didn't really realize it was an interview. It was kind of a call-back for another job I had interviewed for. I was supposed to turn in my application and talk to the guy I had interviewed with originally. But I was actually there to talk to somebody else about a different job. The original job had been filled. But I think I am more qualified for this job anyway - research assistant. I would be really excited to get this job. I think I'd like the company, and I like everyone I've talked to so far. The woman I "interviewed" with actually wanted to be a linguistics major at the U of Maryland. How many people wanted to be linguistics majors??? So we got to talk about that a bit. I guess I'll hear something about this soon.

The job interview on Tuesday was for a production assistant at some association. I think I would like working there, but I don't think I would be qualified for the job. I believe they're supposed to call me back if they like me sometime soon. Who knows. Thursday, I went to a specialized temp agency for editing, graphics, computer type stuff. I doubt that they'll give me much work. I got to test on my software knowledge and I realized that I didn't know half as much as I thought I did. The second interview was for a classified ads assistant at the Washingtonian Magazine. Definitely a job I can do. The interview was short and sweet. "Ok, you have the qualifications we need, this is what the job is all about, do you think you could do it?" She even gave me a run down of benefits and stuff. So they'll call me as well. Now I get to sit and wait. Lots of fun. And send out new resumes this week.

Ok, got a question this week. Thought I'd answer it. David B. wrote me in response to my answers to last week's questions. I thought this would be a good place to answer it.

Do you plan on remaining a virgin until you are married or until you find the "right" one?

Well, this is an interesting question. The main reason I've stayed a virgin so long has basically been because the time has never been right. I've been in situations in the past where I definitely could have had sex, but for one reason or another, I didn't. For a while, I thought, "Well, maybe I should just get it over with." But now I'm glad that I decided to wait. Right now, it's just me waiting to find the right person. It may be that I wait until I'm married. Or engaged. I honestly don't know. I know that I'm not going to just "do it" with any old guy. I want things to be special and so I want it to be with a special guy.

Does that answer things for you, David? Questions? Send 'em on...

Time to run. Things to do. Have good weeks everyone.
