Well, there's the good news, and the bad news.
The good news is our USA Today Hot site award. Hooray! I was psyched
about this one. Made my afternoon when I heard about this one (oh, and
getting selected for an interview for a job after I graduated didn't hurt
either.) If you hear of any other links we've gotten, or other "Site
Awards", let me know... It's hard keeping track of all the hot site lists.
Now, the bad news. I've worked on the Discussion Area for almost a week now, and nothing. I'm having trouble with FrontPage too, so that's not helping either. (I code the site by hand, and use FrontPage only for the Discussion Area). I ordered Windows NT Server 4.0, and supposedly that should help clear up some of my server troubles with the FrontPage server, and I expect that software in a day or two. Here's hoping...
So I'm working on the Discussion Area. To be frank, I really do miss it, and so I want it up as badly as you do. But I thought you all would like to at least hear the problems with it, so you know what is going on. I know I hate being in the dark too.
If anyone knows why I'd be getting a server error 501, I'm listening (try it.. :) )
