Hey everyone- how did you like your day off? I am writing for Jack because he is at home and doesn't have access to e-mail. But don't stress over this- he will post on my day so you will hear from him eventually. I on the other hand, did not go home for Fall Break. I told my parents that I had a lot of work to do but guess what- I haven't really done any of it. My mean mean religion prof. is giving a mid-term on Wednesday, the day we get back from break. That is really rude- I am so upset. What is the point of having a fall break if you have to study the entire time. Okay, so I haven't studied the entire time but hypothetically you were supposed to study all weekend. My prof. even said in class on Friday, "Have a nice break. Study hard." What a jerk. By saying that he admits that this is a break but he still giving an exam. Also this religion class really sucks. I don't really feel like I am learning all that much about religion. All we do is read the reading and we discuss them the next class. I feel like I am in a Literature class that is on a religious topic- I am learning about religious scriptures, not religion.

Since I did not study all weekend, hence it was very boring, I will talk about what I did do. All I did the whole time was watch TV. Since I have nothing to talk about but TV, I will tell you some of things I saw. On Saturday, there was this paid advertisement for Barbie. There were three Barbie collectors-whatever- and they were promoting the My Fair Lady Barbie collection. These did not look like Barbie, no blond hair and blue eyes, but then again, they were supposed to look like Audrey Hepburn. Ken was the prof. guy(I can't remember his name, my 12th grade AP English teacher would die). These women were so strange, they kept talking about how they could never part with their Barbie- it is a doll, people. I had a Barbie once, my grandfather gave it to me when I was five for Christmas. I could never get Barbie's jeans on and off because they were too tight. I got mad and cut all of Barbie's hair off. Then she was ugly so I threw her away. That was my experience with Barbie.

On Sunday I watched Lois and Clark. I really love this show but I am not sure why. It may have something to do with Dean Cain- he is just perfect. I would love to have Superman in my bed, but he is taken, so sad! :( Not enough half naked scenes for my taste but the show was pretty good. Today(Monday) I watched the talk shows. First I watched Jenny Jones where there were these girls who hid their pregnancies for nine months- quite a feat in itself. The most interesting story by far was this one mother who did not find out her daughter was pregnant until she delivered- in the bathroom. The girl who was 15 at the time was complaining of stomach cramps and was sitting on the toilet. Her water broke and she started screaming for her mom. When her mom came into the bathroom, the daughter gave birth to her son, who then landed in the toilet. Weird. The later, I was watching Oprah and she had on this couple that had lost their children. The reason they had lost their children was that the trash in their living room was 2 feet high. Yes, you read correctly- 2 FEET HIGH!!! an someone explain to me how that can happen. Wouldn't you see the mess and want to clean it up. I will have to remember this story for the next time my mom calls me a slob.

So as you can see, I had a very exciting weekend-not. Today Paul and I went to dinner and that was the first time I had gone somewhere all weekend. I have to study for my mid-term but I really don't feel like it. I hope I don't fail. See y'all later.

Caitlyn:)
PS. Paul thinks I am too whiney and is calling me Baby Caitie. Well actually that isn't what he is calling me, he is calling me the equivalent of my real name but you don't know what my real name is so I can't tell you what he is calling me. Never mind- I think I am confused.
Buh-Bye.
