My family is definately strange. I like them all individually but I can't stand them when we are all together. I hate going home for breaks especially winter break when I can't work that much with the holidays and such. I guess I get along with my mom the best. We don't really talk much or spend a lot of time together, maybe that is why we get along so well. She just kind of lets me do my own things and loves to go shopping with me, which is always fun. She is much easier to get along with than my dad and so I see her as a haven. She understands that Rob can be an asshole almost all of the time and she normally makes me feel so much better after Rob goes on a let's-insult-Caitlyn-so-she-can-feel-like-shit kick. My mom works all the time- in my house I really don't blame her. But since she is always working, I don't see her all that much. But I know she loves me so I guess that is all that matters. My parents have never told me that they loves me but they are my parents so I am sure they do. Without a doubt, I fight with Rob the most. We are a lot alike according to my mom and unfortuately, I kind of agree. We have the same temper which I think is awful. But I don't treat people the way he does and I am overly affectionate where my parents are underly affectionate. I tell everyone that I love them and I really do mean it. I don't love everyone in a romantic way but I care about all of my friends immensely and would just about do anything to make them happy or to help them. I don't get along with Rob because he tries to control every aspect of my life. I am 21 for god sakes, and I think that I am capable of making decisions like whether or not I will get up to go running tomorrow all by my little lonesome. I do not need his opinion, nor do I ask for it. My dad and I got along a lot better when I actually listened to what he told me but now that I don't we are always fighting.
