Alright, we're gonna try this again. I wrote the entire post, then went looking for pictures. Problem was, it caused me to time out and lose the text of my post. SHIT!

I got my second rejection letter for a job today. It was for the company that things were going the second best with. Fortunately, I didn't think I wanted to go with them anyway. Unfortunately, you can't turn down a job offer you don't get. I still have some good possibilities though, so here's hoping.

Spring break was great. Jack and I drove up to Craig's for a party last Saturday. I went home Sunday, only to come back down to northern Virginia on Wednesday to stay with Dana. We cam down to the burg on Friday and got to party with everybody from Ed Baker to Pledge Brian Mason. Mads didn't get back until late Sunday, so there was minimal opportunity to haze her. Oh well.

Lots of music in the last two weeks. I picked up the anthology set of Tony Williams' Lifetime, one of the great early fusion bands, led by one of the greatest drummers of all time. Tony Williams died about 3 weeks back and the anthology release date was frighteningly coincidental. I then grabbed the 1996 release from the Ginger Baker Trio, "Falling Off the Roof." Phenomenal stuff from the drummer from Cream (amusing since Cream's bassist, Jack Bruce, was once in the band Lifetime as well). Bela Fleck is on 3 of the Ginger Baker tracks. To round out the whole Cream motif, I bought a "best of Cream" album a few days back. I don't usually like best of albums unless there are unreleased tracks on them, but no one seems to have anything BUT "best of" albums for Cream.

I want Dave to get off of his ass and put up the tatoo gallery so my tatoo can get in there. Yes, Bill has his very own tatoo...alright, so its a fake tatoo...so what? Beats the hell out of that whole "puncture between the lines" crap that all of those people with real tatoos and a tolerance for pain go through. I'm such a wus I don't even like sewing.

I went to check out the link exchange on the site, only to find it stuck on the following site. Go check it out for a rodeo of a good time. Tell 'em Wild Bill sent ya.
