Evolve Technologies Names New Client Services Manager
Experienced technical support and field manager to lead firm’s IT service delivery team
Fairfax, Va. — April 16, 2008 — Evolve Technologies (www.evolvetech.com), a company that specializes in providing information technology (IT) solutions for small businesses, today announced the promotion of Michael Harris to the position of client services manager. In this role, Harris is responsible for the implementation of IT service management processes and standards, which facilitate the effective management and delivery of technology resources to the company’s D.C. Metro client base.
Harris brings over 15 years of technical knowledge to this position. He first joined the firm as a service coordinator in 2007 and was quickly recognized for his exceptional management skills. Prior to joining Evolve Technologies, he was a territory manager at First Level Technology in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for executing the service delivery strategy and managing the activities of almost 30 field service engineers. He also worked with Sun Microsystems as a regional customer support manager in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and was accountable for the execution and development of delivery strategies for the company’s enterprise services in the states of Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma and the Florida panhandle. In this role, Harris successfully achieved revenue, expense and customer satisfaction targets.
