Evolve Technologies Announces New Maintenance and Support Plan Options for Customers

IT firm restructures service packages to address the D.C. Metro’s technology needs

Fairfax, Va. — September 16, 2008 — Evolve Technologies (www.evolvetech.com), a company that specializes in providing computer networking and information technology (IT) solutions for small to medium-size businesses, and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, announced today the addition of four new Maintenance and Support Plan Options meant to provide an effective and comprehensive IT management structure based on clients’ specific needs.

Tiered in Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels, these new support options will allow Evolve Technologies’ customers—with guidance from Evolve’s experienced technicians—the ability to select a service level best suited to the individual business needs.

Evolve Technologies new Maintenance and Support Plan Options include the following features, services and benefits to its customers:

Silver: This plan relieves the customer’s team of time-consuming routine maintenance tasks, and provides the option to schedule support technicians to provide on-site support to address complex or challenging issues. In addition, customers may also request remote support from the Evolve Technologies helpdesk.

Gold: This plan includes the features of the Silver Support Plan with some key additional service elements, such as automatically receiving a proactive alert resolution service, a telephone and remote support allowance and the ability to receive on-site technical assistance to address larger problems or special projects.

Platinum: This plan is designed for moderately demanding IT environments. It includes all the features of the Silver and Gold Plans as well as Evolve Technologies’ managed anti-spam service and unlimited telephone and remote access support.

Diamond: This comprehensive option provides premium support and includes all the features of the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. In addition, the Diamond Support Plan includes desktop and laptop loaner service as well as firewall management with monitoring and reporting. Diamond customers can also access remote support professionals on a round-the-clock basis and receive on-site assistance. Finally, the Diamond Support Plan offers Evolve Technologies’ unlimited and premium services of its IT staff, which can replace the hiring of a full-time IT employee.
